Q: Will you build from my house plans?
A: No. But we offer several floor plans and numerous options in our homes that should meet most of your needs.
Q: Let's say I'm very handy. Can I do work on the home like framing, wiring, and plumbing?
A: Sorry, because of code, warranty, and lender issues, we must build the entire home.
Q: How long does it take?
A: The whole process from Purchase to move-in is approximately 6 to 9 months. The actual construction time period is approximately 4 to 5 months depending on the size of the home.
Q: How will buyers finance the homes?
